Training Basics for Busy Professionals: Go!

This final course in the Ready, Set, Go! series will focus on the tools you can use when you are in the classroom or making a professional presentation. You are likely making a presentation or teaching a class because you are knowledgeable about the subject. Otherwise known as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you also need to be aware of your audience and use effective and engaging instructional techniques.
