1. The Information We Collect

The information we gather falls into two categories:

This is personal information you voluntarily supply when you contact us, order from our site, complete a survey, register online for a class, or provide us your e-mail address.

1.1.1 Registration On Our Website

The Eppley Institute training site requires you to register only if you choose to take a course. Registration requires that you supply your name, address, country, telephone number, date of birth, and a unique e-mail address. Company information and fax number are optional.

To allow for course fees, we collect and store billing and credit card information. This information will only be shared with third parties who perform tasks required to complete the purchase transaction, such as fulfilling orders and processing credit card payments.

1.1.2 Reader Surveys, Reader Panels, And Market Research

The Eppley Institute may collect personal information from course participants in connection with voluntary surveys. Data may be collected on our website, on the phone, or through the mail. If you have registered to the Eppley Institute training site, Eppley Institute will not sell, rent, swap, or authorize any third party to use your e-mail address or any information that personally identifies you without your permission. We contract with other companies to provide services on our behalf, including credit card and billing processing, and shipping. 4.1 Account And Service-Related E-Mail

The Eppley Institute reserves the right to send you e-mail relating to your account status.
