Summary

Ms. McCormick specializes in research in adult education theory and practice, keeping up with the cutting edge of adult education practices. She applies her knowledge and experience to keep the Eppley Institute abreast of what is going on in the field. At the Eppley Institute, she works primarily with the National Park Service (NPS) Park Facility Management division, developing classroom, online, and blended training and education courses, in which she utilizes her training background heavily.

Christy plays a key role in maintaining the strong partnership the Eppley Institute has with the National Park Service and the role the Eppley Institute plays in informing practice in NPS. She has been able to generate organizational capacity by helping subject matter experts become instructors who are teaching peers and colleagues.
